    Would not launch with error code. Uninstalled...not will not reinstall with error code. Games seems to be unavailable at the moment? Is there a fix or just wait?

    Rise of the Tomb Raider has been removed today from the game pass for console. Not sure if it was set to be removed also from the PC version (on the mobile app I still see it in the PC list and not on the Xbox list as I expected), but probably that
    is what happened.
