    Rise of the Tomb Raider Pre-Order $10-15 gift card/redeemable code Not received


    I pre-ordered Rise of the Tomb Raider on November 3, 2015 and read that with the pre-order I would also receive a $10-15 Xbox Live Cash Card or Code on the day that it was released to play, I have checked my email (and my spam) and have not received this
    code. I have spoken with Support twice on this concern, once before release day, and now today 11/26/2015 at which point I was directed here. Is there a specific reason why I have not yet received this?

    $10 Microsoft Credit code never received

    I bought Rise of the Tomb Raider Digital Pre-order on November 9th. As part of the preorder bonus, I was supposed to receive a code worth $10 within 10 days. Never received the follow-up e-mail with the code

    The $10 gift card is a promotion from microsoftstore.com. You would need to contact their customer service for assistance.

    If you're a rewards member, you should have received 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift card about 10-15 business days after the game shipped (they should show as pending). If not, you would need to post here -

    If you purchased the game digitally, you would not receive the gift card/credits.

    You can't pre-order. Gamestop pre-order is flat out false advertisement. I even got an email confirming my preorder... Got one today that said "rise of iron is available for download."

    Went to redeem the code.. Got 30 dollar gift card. Cant use the gift card towards rise of iron. Won't be getting pre-order bonus items. Why is this practice OK?

    No complaints here. When the "Collectors Edition" Rise of the Tomb Raider is pre-orderable, I will have it. And it will go nicely beside my Xbox 360 Collectors Edition Tomb Raider, Xbox One Definitive Edition Tomb Raider. I can not wait.
