Ripped off on Gamepass, account a mess, Support has done nothing to remedy this

So in November I signed up for the $1 trial..... Gamepass charged on December 16th like it was suppose to... Then game pass stopped working.

Contacted support and had to fight the agent for 2 hours I kept explaining it has to be a glitch because the charge posted to my bank account. Finnally after 2 hours of explaining the issue and explaining how I didnt owe it for the month of November, the
rep agress to refund the purchase.

Big mistake, because now, I have yet to recieve said refund. So I contacted support again, they said after 3 different agents and 3 more hours of my life that the system shows they refunded it on December 24th. So I had to email them my bank statement to
prove I am not lying. Which I have done but this makes me very uncomfortable.

Now today I am still waiting for the "higher" team to resolve the issue and give me back my money. And I decided to buy The Necromancer Expansion for diablo, it charged but failed, and I decided to buy it again, it charges a second time. Granted these Charges
are pending, something makes me feel like both will process and I am going to have to fightfor hours all over again.

I deserve something for all of my time and MONEY LOST Microsoft. Seriously someone has the ability to make this right and I am seriously sick and tired of fighting over $10 and now potentially $20 This is a nightmare and I am 10000000000%
confident they will just refund the $10 and call it a day.

Edit: I would go to my bank and dispute the transactions but I know Microsoft will just permaban me and I will loose my $2,000+ in purchases I have made on this account with no way to fix it

It Says Multiplayer access is disabled

I've had the same problem, and despite hours of searching, microsoft has done nothing to help remedy.

 

Still no preorder codes from Quantum Break (AW, AN, QB Win10)

I also have not received my codes for any of the Alan Wake game or content nor the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. When I called Microsoft, they told me I needed to contact Remedy. I contacted Remedy, and they said I need to contact Xbox support. I
then contacted Xbox support again and was told they couldn't help me and that I need to contact Remedy, again. Wash, rinse, repeat. Horrible experience so far. I only bought the game because it sounded like a great deal. Now I just feel ripped off.
