Ciao ragazzi ho un enorme problema il 30/10/2018 spedisco in riparazione un controller elite di Gears of war 4 a microsoft return germay tramite ups con numero di lettera di vettura fornita dal assistenza microsoft. Accedendo al mio account seguo la pratica
fino al 08/11/2018 dove mi dice che il controller è stato consegnato e qua arriva il

problema ovvero dove io non ho ricevuto un bel niente.

contatto Xbox per chiedere informazioni e per richiedere quel benedetto NUMERO DI TRACKING purtroppopo nessuno dei operatori è stato capace di fornirmi questo numero o spiegarmi con quale societ è stato spedito il pacco.

a voi e mai successa una cosa simile...? Come mai microsoft si affida a UPS con tanto di tracking per la spedizione a loro mentre al ritorno non forniscono alcun tipo di supporto a noi....?

Honestly, since my controller is a Limited Edition (C-3PO Limited edition, came with my R2-D2 Xbox) I'm gonna have it repaired if I have problems. I'll have it repaired until it just falls in pieces, unless they want like 50 bucks for a controller to be
repaired, then I will buy a new controller.
