Rio backwards compatible seriesX

So I'm just looking for information on the game Rio.

It says its now backwards compatible with seriesX but when I go into the store I'm unable to purchase it.

Is it backwards compatible only when using disc or will it be available in store.

It's not my kind of game but kids really enjoy playing these types of games

The Rio game was delisted from the store back in 2018. Anyone who purchased the game digitally before it's removal from the store will be able to download and play it. Otherwise will will only be playable with a disc copy of the game.

So I'd have to purchase the game now on disc to play it on my seriesX?

Is it not available from the store if I use a 360?

I know some games don't show on seriesX but do on 360 store.

the game is in the backward compatibility list, if the game does not appear to install, I advise you to delete your profile, clear the cache and download the profile again, this should solve the problem.

I have looked at that list and there is no price listed for the game..it doesn't show as downloadable for me either so I doubt the blame is on the OPs side of things

To confirm, it is definitely not an issue from the OPs side of things...this thread is from November confirming the game was delisted in 2018..only way to play it now is by sourcing a disc:
