Rig n roll freezes

this game freezes after around 1 hour of playing. My pc meets the minimum and recommended system requirements and, I’ve tried almost everything I can think of to fix this. I even reset my pc!

My specs:

OS: windows 11

Processor: Intel i7 11th gen

Ram: 16gb

Video card: intel graphics (i do have a nvidia video card but it doesn’t work with this game)

Audio card: directX 12 (or whatever the latest version is) compatible

Hdd: 262 gb of free space

Directx: 12/11

Also I tried to contact support but all they said is some methods of fixing it which didint even work. I also asked other people but they just said the game doesn’t really work with modern hardware, but idk if that’s true.

And yes, I know I probably should’ve posted this somewhere else than the Microsoft forums, but there is litteraly no other place that I can post this on.

Yes I’ll try those, but, I got more information about the crash. It looks like the game continues to respond, but it’s just that the screen is stuck. That means I can still play the game but the screen stays the same like it’s a picture.

About that information about the crash, you need to send this to the developer.
They have the tools to analyze the crash log and advise you properly based on that

Because exist the possibility that your current hardware it’s not compatible with the game (too new)

I can suggest you some things just to cover everything from your side. If the issue persist this means it’s an issue with the game and not with your computer.

A. Try running the game in compatibility mode (try with each option until Windows XP)
For this go to where the launcher / .exe of the game is stored > properties > compatibility
Apply and save the changes and try again

B. Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart the PC and try again

C. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

if that's the best xbox can do then the one should have come with a roll of duct tape and string to rig it up ourselves. for $500 that's a joke.
