Rig 800lx dongle

    On xbox its annoying because I cant switch to atmos home theater. On windows 10 the dongle just dies after awile so I have to unplug and replug everytime I want to use it.

    Thanks for coming to the forums and sorry for the delayed response. If this dongle is a third party accessory there may be compatibility issues. We recommend trying to contact the manufacturer of the dongle.

    To add to M3tal Daz3's suggestion have you also checked the headset's website to make sure you don't need to download any firmware or apps for proper use

    Have you tried a different headset just to make sure the one you have is working properly?
