RIG 700 PRO HX Wireless Headset mic is not picking up my voice as loud as it should be.

2. Check the mic sensitivity settings on your Xbox. You can adjust this by going to Settings > Display & Sound > Volume > Party Chat Output.

3. Try resetting the headset by turning it off and then back on again.

4. If the issue persists, try updating the firmware of your headset. You can do this by downloading the RIG Game Audio Dial software from the Plantronics website and following the instructions provided.

Please be guided with the following troubleshooting steps:

Perform a hard reset on your Xbox by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Then restart the console.

Ans then adjust audio settings. On your Xbox, press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Navigate to Settings > Audio & Music and ensure the mic monitoring and volume levels are properly adjusted.

Next is to update firmware. If your Xbox controller supports firmware updates, connect it to your console and then go to Settings > Devices & connections > Controllers & headsets, select your controller, and then choose "..." to check for updates and follow the on-screen instructions.

Then make sure that the headset is securely plugged into the controller. If using a wireless controller, please switch to a wired connection.

And at the same time, inspect the headset and mic for any visible damage or loose connections.

Kindly connect the headset to another device (like a phone or PC) to check if the mic works properly there because this can help determine if the issue is with the headset or the Xbox.

I'm using RIG 400 HX and i'm in love with this headset. Maybe in near future I'll buy RIG 800 LX
