Ridiculous! 3 Defective Elite Series 2 Controllers in Less Than a Week!! Anyone Else Having...

Got my 3rd Elite Series 2 Controller yesterday from Best Buy in less than a week. I have spent nearly what the controller is worth driving 45 minutes to and back from Best Buy exchanging them. It's also very embarrassing to be bringing back the same item
3 times and having the employees look at you like you are crazy.

All 3 of the controllers were defective out of box. First one, the A button didn't even work. Went into the accessories app on my xbox and tested each button. As would not respond. My second controller had a defect in the aux port. I couldn't hear anything
out of my left speaker in my headset. Just to be sure it wasn't my headset, I tried 2 others both sharing the same issue. My third one has a sticky A button. When pressed it stays pressed inside the A button cutout.

I contacted XBOX support and the person told me they have not heard of this issue yet but with a quick google search tons of people are experiencing these same issues!!?!?! The person told me that they are checked and tested before they are sent out. Uhh
what?!?! I am beyond fed up with this joke of a controller. I am going to try and get my money back at this point from Best Buy. I cannot continue to keep doing this. Has anyone else come here seeking answers to what's going on with these controllers?

seems to be the culprit in the sticky A button issue. As for the other issues I have heard about, I have no idea how they messed up this bad on an accessory. Especially when this thing costs almost $200 and "supposed" to be better than the original Elite.
