Ride 2 Free Bikes Packs are not reflecting on Xbox one.

Hello team, I'm having trouble finding the free bikes that I purchased as add-ons for the game - Ride 2, on my Xbox One. I have installed Ride 2 and all the associated add-ons, but I still cannot see any bikes in the garage option.

Could you please provide some guidance?

Here's a bit more info on the add-ons am trying. So, I got the game installed and the add-ons which am wondering I got and not working for the free packs on store. Pls check the links below for those add-ons:

And they asay like "Download the Free Bikes Pack 3 DLC and add the Aprilia RSV4 RR 2015 and the Mr Martini Ducati Flashback California to your garage!

Did, but garange is still empty. Not sure how this DLC gonna work!

Hey Kimmy_24, its still the same. Tried remote install as well. No luck. Still only one KTM bike and the game.

Not sure if those free packs really DLC or have some issues from Microsoft Store end!

Thanks for trying the steps, KryptoSuperman! If it's showing installed on the MS Store or Xbox, it should be showing in the game as well but if they're not available for you to use, I suggest you reach out to the game support and send them screenshots showing the items are installed so they can check the items for you here: https://milestone.it/contact/ or you can also try the steps provided by Xbox team for add ons: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/....

I understand that you're having trouble finding your game add-ons. Has it been over 24 hours since you made the purchase? Kindy also go to My Games and apps

-> Highlight the game

-> Press the menu button

-> Manage game & add-ons

-> Click on the game

-> Select all

-> save changes then check your bikes again.
