Rewrite history points

Dear Xbox Rewards Team,

I recently had an issue with the rewards mission above. It seemed that you were able to fix the problem, because i have finally received the points for the first two missions. Thank you for that. I hope you can help me with the third part of it too. I have
unlocked all the necessary achievements over a week ago, but still not received the points yet. Could you please take a look at it? Thanks for your help.

No reward points even after 96 hours

Hi there,

i wanted to complete the rewrite history mission. So i've spent over 50€ (minimum was 46€) and I also bought some avatar stuff for over 5€ plus I have achieved all the necessary achievements. But there is nearly a week gone now, and i haven't received any
points yet. What I have received just in time are the reward points for the monthly survey. So I hope you can help me with this. Please contact me on my mail adress.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have identified your issue and resolved it. You should see the Credits shortly.

Regarding your deposit, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited
in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since your other History Credits were pending earlier in the month, they were not deposited until the end of month deposit cycle.

Yes, people are offended by history and that is why people keep trying to rewrite it.

I know updates are large, but not 200+GB large. At that point, it’s not changing how things work, it is a total rewrite of a game… and if the scripting of a game is that bad it requires a full rewrite, it should have been pulled from the store.

It’s already bad enough, that the game in question released a DLC as a full release. And here am, another update in, and it has yet again uninstalled the entire game to update. I think with Microsoft’s recent acquisition of the publisher/developer in question, that they look deep into the update protocols that constantly makes this happen.
