rewards?

hello, same problem here, i've bought this month 50€ of games (battelfield deluxe+titanfall 2 deluxe bundle) and i didn't receive any reward. can you please help me/check why?

The Dark Knight Rises Sweepstakes from Xbox LIVE Rewards‏

With the recent release of The Dark Knight Rises (DKR) I have been browsing to see which version of the movie I would want.

Luckily I saw this promotion via my personal email.

Seeing that I could win "your chance at winning an exclusive Bane replica mask worth $3,300!*"

I entered into the Sweepstakes manually and saw that "If you purchase The Dark Knight Rises, you'll also receive The Bat Avatar Prop, worth 400 Microsoft Points, for free!"
with the addition of 5 extra bids into the promotion.

That same day I bought DKR in HD via Xbox LIVE. The movie pulled up and streamed fine.

HOWEVER, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CODE FOR THE AVATAR PROP NOR HAVE I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF MY BIDS.

I enjoy the quality of the movie but I just want to get what I paid for because this decision was made with the intended result of winning.

I have called Support twice in the past few days and no one can find a solution to this problem. I know I have two tickets linked to my account in regards to the nonexistence of my prop.

If anyone else had come across this please comment. If any representative can fix this issue please leave me an email or fix it for me as well.

Earn 3,000 Rewards Credits per month by spending at least € 4.05 including VAT on add-on content for THREE DIFFERENT Free to Play titles in the Xbox Store. For more information on what qualifies as add-on content, please see Question 2. This offer resets on
a monthly basis, with the offer period starting at 00:00 UTC on the first day of the month and ending at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the month.

Since your purchases were only 3.99, they did not meet the eligibility requirements. We will adjust your purchases to fill in the loose change, but please keep this in mind moving forward. You should see the Credits pending by the end of next week.

Purchases can take up to 96 hours to be received and processed. Your purchase on the 6th was processed and award Credits as pending on the 10th. You can see your current pending (un-deposited) Credits from the MyRewards page.
