Rewards!!!!!!

I have waited and waited and waited iv updated my info iv checked it over and over and over it has been over a year since you last deposited my rewards and I'm getting more and more frustrated please deposit my rewards or send me a voucher to claim in replacement
of them as a year and 2 months with nothing is a joke

Score Streaks

I keep one low points score streak reward, one mid-points score streak reward, and one high points score streak reward at all times, even though I routinely switch them up. The care package is one of my favorite lower points rewards, because sometimes you'll luck up and get a high points reward from it.

 

Controller chargers?

Received mine today not bad for 70p*!

*I had £9.30 in reward points.

 

well this is a joke isn't it just skip right past and ignore as I can clearly see newer forum posts have been replayed and you just sail straight past mine total joke we want our rewards this is unacceptable over a whole year still no resolution joke joke

To be onist the worst this is there was a solution that clearly wasn't used enough and a couple of months ago things changed and now you can't force people's credit to there accounts what a TOTAL JOKE that makes all the sense in the world NOT! I know what
we will do REMOVE our ONLY "APPARENTLY" SOLUTION "clap" "clap" how did this company make so much money when they do dumb things like that well done we should all be COMPENSATED! For the hastle and time wasted your company's lack of professionalism

Ps SIMPLE solution = email code for redemption of credits. See SIMPLE instead of keeping your customers waiting over a God damn year!!!!

 

Also another thing that is God damn annoying locking posts REALLY! Stop let people speak back please do not lock my posts and to anyone else reading request the same keep your posts open and upvote when you can as I will do the same.

And another thing stop sending the copy and pasted 4 paragraph essay that basically says " ITS BROKEN, WE DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT, SO TOUGH YOU HAVE WAITED OVER A YEAR SO YOU MIGHT ASWELL WAIT ANOTHER YEAR"

The staff responds to threads from oldest to newest which is why it seems like they're answering other questions before yours. The reason they lock threads is because it is much easier to track new threads instead of trying to search/find posts from days,
weeks, or months ago and respond to them which would realistically cause more grief because things would get lost much easier.

They will, however, leave your post unlocked as you requested. The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and do not work on weekends.
