Rewards won't log the stuff I do all week and I'm about to lose my multiple weeks run. WHY?

If I may ask, you're having issues with acquiring rewards points and you're still unable to acquire them for this week, is that correct?

I lost my 30 week streak because of the same issue. I emailed Microsoft Rewards support and I doubt they will do anything about it.

Rewards Support are really good when points/streaks are lost because of the app or other bug.

just be sure to provide any information they ask for. they will fix it and you won't lose out.

Tried all of the above and it still doesn't work anything else I can try? I will lose my streaks in the rewards app through no fault of my own, this has been an ongoing problem for about a week

I keep forgetting about bing rewards... with all the searching I do online (I'm in the antique & collectible business), I should be getting a free game a week with those rewards

Is their any news on this case of mine? I've had no news and it's been almost 3 weeks since I opened this case.

Since I opened this case I've done 2 surveys for December and January on the rewards section, no reward points were received again, just those two surveys should of given me 500 points.

I've bought lots of stuff through the store over the last couple of years and I've never received any rewards, I feel like I'm losing out here and it's frustrating me!

I've just logged into my rewards profile and still have 0 points and 0 points pending, even though I've done the two recwnt surveys!

Any help on this would be really appreciated now, it's been three weeks and I'm getting nowhere, I've also got loads of xmas money I want to spend in the store but I'm not until I start getting the rewards I'm owed.
