Rewards won't deposit

Discus and support Rewards won't deposit in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I've had xbox rewards for a long time but none of my points deposit ever, so weird.     Rewards won't deposit


    I've had xbox rewards for a long time but none of my points deposit ever, so weird. I just preordered a 60 dollar game to get 15000 reward points and I'm afraid they won't deposit either. I have 10s of thousands of points that are suppose to deposit and
    they don't. It says need to update my billing info but I looked and it's all correct. Not sure what to do this is very discouraging.

    My xbox live account is actually under a different hotmail account but I know I've used this one before too so it's very very weird. I use hotmail all the time and love the Microsoft<3. so please help me out here.

    Hi my gamertag is Darrencampbeii and for some reason my points will not deposit. I don't think they've been depositing for a long time. It tells me I need to update my profile but I have several times with no success. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
    I have not opted out of the program as a previous discussion had said I had...

    I want to convert my Microsoft Rewards points to Xbox points.

    Hi there,

    Your account points, are they Xbox Rewards credits (rewards.xbox.com), or are the Microsoft Rewards (formerly called Bing Rewards) points?

    For Xbox Rewards credits have you requested a deposit already on rewards.xbox.com? Keep in mind deposits are done by the 15th and 30th of the month. If you requested a deposit, did it give you a specific date?

    If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

    They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.
