    Hi!

    I pre-order Titanfall 2 (which is the list of Pre-order Punchcard) but I did not receive any points rewards :C

    I Was not eligible for that reward? I ordered in Oct 4th.

    Punch it up with pre-orders rewards program

    I was wondering about a game's eligibility for the punch it up with pre-orders rewards program. I want to pre-order the call of duty infinite warfare digital legacy edition because it comes with modern warfare remastered. For the rewards program though
    it just show that you have to pre order the standard edition. If I pre order the digital legacy edition will it count on my punch card?

    The order should show as a punch for that offer. You won't receive credits unless you purchase 2 other eligible games to complete the offer.

    Hello WckysZhu,

    As Smwutches says, that offer requires 3 eligible purchases to complete. I see that your punch was not properly awarded for that purchase, and will award your punch manually now. However, you still require two more punches in order to complete the punchcard
    and receive Credits for that offer.

    Have not received 15,000 reward credits for preordered game

    Hello Czaka X,

    The only offer that Rewards 15,000 per individual pre-order is the MicrosoftStore.com offer. That offer only Rewards physical disc pre-orders. Since your purchases were digital, they were not eligible for that offer.

    Pre-orders have not been a part of MyVIP Rewarding since the introduction of the program in September 2014. The only way to earn Credits for pre-order purchases is through different variations of pre-order offers we have done, with the most consistent of
    those offers being the Games on Demand digital pre-order offer.

    What a rubbish reward system, customers who pre-order deserve better. This whole program needs a shake up in my opinion, very unsatisfactory. Having just decided to buy digital last month I have to say this news just lost Xbox a customer, I get actual pre-order
    rewards at retail and won't be buying digital again.
