Rewards- winter spotlight

Thanks for your reply. If possible, can you clarify what your question is regarding the purchase of the game and what seems to be happening? Is this something that you purchased in order to receive points for Rewards or is this in relation to not receiving
a sale price? Are you having difficulty installing the game, or is the purchase not being recognized in your account? Any further information you are able to provide will help us to assist you in getting to the answers you need.

If this happens to be concerning Microsoft/Bing Rewards points, then we'd recommend you set up a request with the Microsoft Rewards Support team directly for further assistance to have them look into any discrepancies.

being on sale, it (and its other versions) is at current a new release that has been placed on our

Summer Spotlight promotional page and has not been listed as being on sale via the Xbox website. It will perhaps in the future be listed as being available at a sale price, but is currently listed as being at regular price but is spotlighted as a game.
Games listed as being on sale would be designated with the "on sale" designation next to the title.

Are you referring to the Summer Spotlight sale https://www.xbox.com/en-US/promotions/summer-spotlight, if so the version of the game appears to be the base
game for Age of Wonders Planetfall.

Also try filling out the support form for microsoft rewards issues here; Contact Microsoft Rewards support

You need to spend $60 AU (it may differ depending on your region) on the spotlight games and Remnant: From the Ashes is only $39.99 AU.

It should show your progress on the
Winter Spotlight punch card page, just make sure that you are logged in with the account that you used to purchase the title. It may also take a little while for the progress to show up.
