    Hi there, does anybody know whether there is an issue with the mobile bing search reward system as it is not showing up on my xox as working. Done over 50 searchs and none of them have come up.

    Hello mobile Bing search is through your mobile phone. Pc bing search can be through computer or XBox edge browser. So which one did you actually do???

    If you mean the weekly rewards in the app it most often is related to the mobile search even though it says edge or bing app search !

    Microsoft Rewards - Earn 200 points this week - Week Streak bad design, unable to complete.

    I can never finish the weekly reward events where you have to do bing mobile searches. Just using an ipad to search dosen't count. You have to download the rewards app and since no one can remember the password to download stuff, I'm out of luck lol.
    I had my weekly streak up to nineteen weeks then it dhanged to every other week you have to do mobile searches instead of bing searches or earn achievements. I wish it would be either mobile or regular searches.

    Rewards mobile - is it possible to switch off the Bing KI ?

    My apologies and I totally understand where you are coming from.

    I have tried the Bing search on my mobile rewards app and it seems to be working normally without the use of the "KI" button" upon using Bing search. Any letters I put don't disappear as well.

    It seems the app itself has the error.

    I would recommend you reinstall the Mobile rewards app for troubleshooting.

    You can also try to disable the Contextual search under settings > search.

    however, if this doesn't work, you may need to directly contact Microsoft Rewards Department as they have tools to fix your Mobile Rewards App here on this link:
