Rewards weekly set not working on Xbox One

The daily achievement that gives you +50 points is not working, the reward for completing an achievement in Gears 5 also not working, and the weekly set that requires you to complete three achievements is also not working. I have a streak of 9 weeks and
I have unlocked 7 achievements this period, but only two have registered. So, I am going to lose my streak apparently, and not going to earn the reward for Gears 5, not to mention the 50 daily points that have not worked all week.

What gives Microsoft?

Well it looks like my streak has been restored and then some. It's now at 62 week from 59. Doesn't look like i got the 60 week points, though i wasn't watching my points that closely in general to know that for sure. I never did hear from Microsoft support
after the initial ticket was opened.

Apparently they fixed it. It was working again yesterday.

I have the same problem with the daily achievement + 50 points NOT WORKING for the last 3 days on the trot . I have even rebooted the xbox one and that did not reset it . So what do we do to resolve the error MICROSOFT ??? ...

It look's like the issue with the weekly achievement and daily achievement + 50 points has been fixed , as I was able to complete the weekiy

achievement yesterday and get the daily achievement + 50 points aswell , and get again today the daily achievement + 50 points . Let's hope microsoft sort you all out the with the weekly streaks lost ...

I lost a 59 week streak, and no gears nor the 50 point gave credit. Only one that's working is the one where you run your app. So sad looking at my "one" week streak

Same issue(s) here; I lost a 33 week streak and am pretty upset about it.

I truly hope the MS Rewards team is able to reset the streak and make this right.

^^I highly doubt it. Microsoft's so-called 'support team' is just an outsourced call-center/agency in asia. They are given a list of generic responses they can say.(mainly because they have a very weak grasp of the English language)

I lost my 56-week streak and have ZERO hope of getting it back.
