    Rewards Warrior. No rewards after a week


    Hi!

    In March 1st I've bought For Honor and some Avatar warrior elements but I cannot see any rewards after 7 days (normally is 96 hours).

    I should have a reward to Next Stop - Rewards bonus too.

    Can you check my statement? Thanks a lot.

    No Warrior Rewards

    I purchased For Honor from the Xbox digital store well over 96 hours ago (after the promo started) but none of the rewards have populated.

    Hello VexxWARE,

    We are currently in the process of correcting an issue that caused our Rewarding process to be delayed. We are currently working on bringing Rewarding back up to speed. You should see the Rewards for Warrior Rewards (and receive progress for the Simply Rewarding
    offer) for your For Honor purchase within the next 1-3 days. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    There was an issue with our purchase information source that caused that data to be delayed. We are currently working on bringing this process back up to speed, but we are currently behind on processing purchases made from the beginning of this month for
    Rewarding. Apologies for the inconvenience. Once we get this purchase information up to date, we will update this thread.

    We see that we are now relatively back up to date. Your Simply Rewarding and Warrior Rewards level 1 Credits are now visible on your MyRewards page. We have also calculated your completion of the Avatar portion of the offer, but have not yet uploaded that
    information to the webpage for you to see. You should see those Credits pending in the next few days! Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks for your patience while we get everything up to speed again.
