Discus and support Rewards **** up in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Apart from the January survey, my rewards are no longer being updated as pending, or being deposited.     Apart from the January survey, my rewards are no longer being updated as pending, or being deposited. Any Ideas ?

    Hello JoJosMojo,

    Since you do not have any pending Credits aside from your January survey, no other Credit events would appear in your MyStatement under pending Credits. If you change the sort/view on your MyStatement to the other view types, you will be able to see your
    previous deposits, most recently your deposit on the 11th of your Credits placed as pending for payback for December.

    On that note, if you are asking about payback for purchases made in January, it is too early to see those Credits pending. From our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
    Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    Yes, Bing Rewards is just for folk in the USA.

    A shame really as it is a much better option than the Xbox Rewards program for getting Xbox related goodies.

    As stated in your email and on the Rewards page, Australia was migrated out of the Rewards program to Microsoft Rewards. Australia is not an eligible Rewards region.

    Unfortunately, only purchases made while being a Rewards member are eligible for Rewards. From the FAQ:

    I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards Credits for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?

    You can only earn Rewards Credits once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions or tracking your MyVIP progress by making purchases in the
    Xbox Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.
