Discus and support rewards unable to deposit in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; My rewards are unable to process. I have checked my billing info and I do not see where the issue is.     Despite my information being correct I am still unable to receive my rewards deposit.

    Hello TxHatchetCartel,

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
    communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. This issue is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Again, to be clear, this is not an issue on your end, but a problem with the database containing your user information.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Since you have used a Microsoft Payment Account in multiple different regions, our deposit process is unable to complete due to being unable to determine which of these Microsoft Payment Accounts is valid. If Xbox Live Rewards
    is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted to Microsoft Rewards
    points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

    Hi FRANCISCOXBOXER. Your Xbox Live locale does not match your Rewards locale, therefore we are unable to make a deposit to your Microsoft account. You'll need to change your Microsoft billing locale to your Rewards locale in order for us the make a deposit.
