    Rewards transfer/deposit to MS account


    Waiting on my left over points & gems from my live rewards to be transferred to my MS account.

    FAQ stated that 6/30 was the last day, so shouldn't I have received my transfer by now?

    Hello Rise Lara Crft,

    Your account does not have a Microsoft payable account to deposit into, so the deposit is failing. We cannot deposit Rewards Credits into a non-Microsoft billable account (like Credit Cards). If you wish to receive your deposit,
    you must create a Microsoft payable account for us to deposit Rewards Credits into. We can no longer transfer Credits between different gamertags. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Transfer my reward points to my new account

    I have too many 30,000 reward points pending in my account which aren't deposit in my account due to billing issue. Please transfer my reward points to my new account whose gamertag is "AKM2OO9". Please fix this issue.

    Any rewards credits you had should have been deposited into your Microsoft account balance as currency (you can verify deposits by checking your returns at http://commerce.microsoft.com). If there is an issues depositing credits into your account, they would
    be transferred over to the Microsoft Rewards program as points.

    If you had any gems remaining, those would be transferred over to the Microsoft Rewards program as points.

    If you mean microsoft rewards points they are deposited only to the account that is on ms rewards

    You csn then gift the membership to another account

    I would like to change who my reward goes to if that is possible

    Microsoft reward redemptions are deposited directly into the account that redeemed the points. As far as I am aware they are non transferable as per the terms and conditions of the rewards program
