    Rewards Top Ten not giving reward points


    Every month, there is the Xbox Rewards monthly Gamepass top ten; basically last month's top ten games played in Gamepass, you play one of those titles and get an achievement, you get some bonus rewards points. I have done that, did 2 achievements, one in a BC 360 title and one in a XB1 title and yet when i click on the earn achievement button (which normall grants me the points) it just brings me to my gamelist. It doesn't reward me the points.

    And I cannot find a way to contact support so they can verify my achievements and just grant me those points

    It's an issue that is affecting everyone, but you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

    Same situation for me. Also the, rewards top ten punch card has not acknowledged that I unlocked an achievement in the MCC. Hope it gets resolved soon.

    You could use Bing Rewards to earn Rewards Points that then can be used to buy MS Points. The MS Points are delivered as a code. You could then give the code to someone. Takes a while. As a Rewards Gold member, it take 37 days to earn enough Rewards Points
    for a 400 MS Points card.
