    Rewards system not working


    Gamer TAG

    I have purchased xbox one battlefield plus season pass and gears 4 season pass. Unlocked plenty of achievements yet nothing is showing on my rewards

    Redeem older Microsoft points card

    Since that is not a rewards program issue, rewards support will not be able to assist. When that system was changed, it was made known that those cards would eventually expire. So if it's not working, there is no work around.

    System not working

    Hey JTPipes15! Do you get any error codes when attempting to open games and apps? I would suggest removing your profile, power cycling the console, and re-adding your profile to see if that helps get things back in order. Post back
    and let us know how it goes!

    Rewards system not working

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Achievements will only earn credits if they are part of a specific offer.

    What will happen?

    You would need to continue try to work with Microsoft Rewards customer support about the ban since that is done through their system.
