rewards sweepstake inquires

So there hasn't been any rewards sweepstake winners posted for a long time. I'd entered a few draws back in May, I am unable to view the rules pages for the sweepstakes I entered, the link that is under my order confirmations for the rules & draw dates
etc, now just leads to the winners tab, which does not show the ones I entered (only the xbox one x monthly contest, surface pro, and scratch & win...which are all not up to date on announcing the winners either). There are other sweepstakes offered on the
redeem tab whos winners have also not been acknowledged. I've attempted to submit a support request but every time it tells me theres a problem on their end and to try again later, well later has been weeks and it still has the same outcome. I've read through
several other posts of people asking about the winner status too, but the answers always the same, contact support. I'm hoping for some actual info, which nobody seems to be getting. Any one know ?

Thanks Brad, I had a lot of trouble getting a support ticket to submit, but I took your advice and tried different browsers, Microsoft Edge was what I was finally successful through. (Which is kind of odd because when Chrome wouldn't work on my Android,
I then tried Edge through my xbox one and I couldn't submit a support form successfully there but Edge on Android did first try!) Well anyway I've gotten a response back but so far it's just acknowledging the issue and I should know more soon I hope. I will
update this post again when I hear back.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you have questions on rewards. The best bet is to fill out a

support ticket for rewards. This will be the only way of reaching them. If getting errors try different browser, or device.

Microsoft Rewards points needed for Sweepstakes Entry:

200 Microsoft Rewards points = 1 Sweepstakes entry. 500 Microsoft Rewards points = 5 Sweepstakes entries. 1000 Microsoft Rewards points = 25 Sweepstakes entries.

How do you know if you won a Microsoft sweepstake?

When does Microsoft usually notify the winners directly? You'll be notified before Winners are Posted on the Recent Sweepstakes Winner's page. On each sweepstakes entry page, there's a link to the terms and conditions for the sweepstakes, including how and when winners will be notified.

But that feature still not available, but I agree with you, it would be very nice haha
