Rewards still not being deposited.

Unfortunately, we have still not received a resolution for this issue from our other team. Also, due to many system and platform changes that occurred over the last three months, we are no longer able to perform our temporary solution of forcing a deposit.
Apologies for the inconvenience. While we await a fix from our other team, we will still attempt a normal deposit.

We see that you still have Credits currently pending in your account. If you are talking about your last deposit in 2014, back when we were still using MyAchievements for Rewarding payback instead of MyVIP, then those Credits would have expired by now if
you had not spent them. All promotional currencies, like Xbox Live Rewards deposits, expire one year after being deposited.

good luck, I've been trying for 6 months! Microsoft arnt bothered about this program! it would be different if couldn't make a purchase they would soon sort that out.😡

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
