    Im trying to redeem my points but the page is blurry and unable to sign me in. I know that I have to be a rewards member to access the page.. How do I know if I am a member for sure?

    Hello Putridjellybean,

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, it would be impossible to have any Credits. In addition, it would not be possible to have that many Credits pending. If you are asking about the Microsoft Rewards program,
    that is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

    When you check your Rewards Dashboard, what is the Status of the order?

    Sign in to the Rewards page with your Microsoft account, select Redeem and then select Order history. On the Order history page, find your order and then look under Status.
