    Rewards Statement


    Hi using my account with gamertag I recently redeemed the 10000 credits for 500 gems offer twice.

    On my statement however it is showing as 1000 credits for 1000 gems. Can you confirm that this is incorrect and should show as either 20000 credits or with a quantity 2 tag on that row.

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    Which items are eligible for this offer?

    To qualify for this offer, you must order a hard-copy disc of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands for Xbox One from MicrosoftStore.com during
    the offer period. This offer is good for one purchase only. You can earn up to 15,000 Rewards Credits, depending on which version of the game you purchase:

    • Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Standard Edition: 10,000 Rewards Credits

    • Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Deluxe Edition: 12,000 Rewards Credits

    • Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition: 15,000 Rewards Credits

    Since your purchase was made digitally from the Xbox Store, it is not eligible for this offer.

    If you're looking for the credits for the Ghost Recons offer, keep in mind that credits should show as pending about 15 days after the game shipped as long as you purchase a hard copy from microsoftstore.com. So it would be too soon to see credits pending
    for that offer.

    We see that you claimed two 10,000 Credits prizes from the vault for 500 Gems, so 1000 Gems were removed from your account. These transactions will show up as one item in your Gems statement since you were claiming the same prize twice.

    The Ghost Recon offer is only eligible for physical disc purchases, not digital. In order to receive credits for purchasing the game digitally, you would have to opt in for the "Simply Rewarding" offer and the purchase would count towards that offer if you
    hadn't already completed it.
