    Rewards sent to email that i dont have access too.


    i have 10,900 rewards point so I redeemed 9,600 point for 3months xbox live gold. I havent had access to the email the redeem code was sent too in about 10 years. So i was wondering if there is anyway you can send the redeem code to the email i just made
    my primary?

    i had 10,900 Microsoft rewards point so I redeemed 9,600 for a 3months xbox live. The redeem code was sent to an email i havent had access to in years. I was hoping you guys would be able to send the redeem code to the email i have access too.

    You'll need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page. They are separate from the Xbox Rewards program.

    I have the same problem, but it works fine if you dont use the shortcut on youre app page. Access it via youre apps instead. I dont know why the the shortcut dont work. Have sent an email to hbo!

    In the case I don't have the email associated with my account anymore, how could I claim sweepstakes

    It's not that I don't have access to the account itself but the email associated with it. From my understanding you would claim your rewards from sweepstakes through email and I may be wrong about that but wouldn't that mean I have no way of claiming it if it is sent through my email?

    Need rewards account help. Again.

    Xbox rewards are not sent via email so you would not have missed any rewards. Any emails that would have been sent would be updates on your rewards statement which you can via on the MyRewards section of the rewards site.

    To have emails sent when you get a post on the forums, you would need to change your settings at the top of the forums.
