This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. We see that you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft
Rewards website. If you are asking about a general Xbox promotion, you should try reaching out on the general Sales and Promotions forum for more specific assistance.

In March, all Australian Rewards Members were migrated to the Microsoft Rewards program. This information was available as a popup on the Rewards site as well as sent to your billing email. Therefore, your Australian Rewards Account was closed and moved
to the Microsoft Rewards program.

If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month. If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions
to redeem your Reward. The Rewards for completion of a Punchcard will vary with each Punchcard offer. Rewards will not be provided during the Punchcard offer period.

You sign in with your Microsoft Account on Bing or on the Microsoft Rewards Xbox app and you will receive rewards points for doing searches and activities that can then be used to "buy" various rewards that will be sent to your email in the rewards tab
using those points.
