    Rewards says to check account info, account info is fine. Unsure what it doesn't like?


    Rewards says: "Please check your account information so we can make a deposit. " and I have started receiving an email each month with the same. I've checked and updated the details multiple times but it's not clear what the issue is. What do I need to update?

    Hello YungJoshyBoomin,

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
    communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. This issue is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Hi cliptacular. Your Rewards locale and Xbox Live locales do not match and that is causing your deposit failures. Your current Rewards locale is set to Australia, but your Xbox Live locale is in a different region. To get a deposit, these regions must match.
    To change your Xbox Live locale to match your Rewards locale, you can make changes at the commerce page here: Sign in to your Microsoft account. If you'd like to change your Rewards locale to match your Xbox Live locale, opt out of the program, wait 48 hours,
    then re-enroll. Once you do this, reach out to us again and we can recover your pending Credits.

    It sounds like the account region doesn't match the profile info. You may want to double check this to be sure.
