Discus and support Rewards refresh in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; There was a problem depositing rewards points due to billing information/account.     Rewards refresh


    There was a problem depositing rewards points due to billing information/account. I opted out of the rewards program and waited 48hrs before opting back into the rewards program (waited 2 days again). Posting again for assistance in receiving the pending
    points. Thx.

    The freedom rewards page tells to to refresh indeffantantly

    when I go to the freedom rewards page it tells me to refresh

    can't login to my account

    every time i try to login to reclaim my rewards the page refreshs and kicks me out... why¿¿

    We see that you are still in the registration period for your account. This is shown by your MyDashboard page (Xbox Live Rewards) showing
    a two day registration alert, and your MyRewards page showing a join by date of "???" since you are not yet a member. We'll check back in a few days to verify a successful registration and review that your regions are correctly matching for a transfer.

    Hello XeoNexus,

    We see that your account now appears to have matching regions, and have begun the Credit transfer process. The Credits should appear as pending by the end of next week, at the very latest. Cheers!
