    Rewards redemption error


    I tried to message the person who responded to my previous question but received no response. I wanted to pick the $10 in reward bucks but instead I was sent 1000 gigantic gems. This is a mistake from your end not mine. It’s a computer error. Can this be
    remedied? I didn’t use the code sent to me. Can this be fixed?

    Rewards

    The Microsoft Rewards program is separate from the Xbox Rewards program. To redeem codes from them, you would go to their redemption page. For assistance with that program, you would contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    It could be an error on Microsoft's side. Sometimes they put the reward redemptions on sale and it could get bugged there.

    On the redemption page, you may want to check your Order History to see if it shows any errors there. Otherwise, you'll need to email Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site.
