Discus and support Rewards redemption codes not emailed in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I ordered 4 codes from Microsoft rewards and after 24 hours have not received the digital codes emailed to me.     I ordered 4 codes from Microsoft rewards and after 24 hours have not received the digital codes emailed to me.

    The code should be emailed to you within 24 hours of redemption. If you don't receive the code, you'll want to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page.

    Reward Points convert to MS currency.

    With Microsoft Rewards points you just go to their redemption page and redeem the points for either an Xbox gift card or a Live card (it's not possible to purchase gold using currency from gift cards through Xbox) and a code will be emailed to you. If you
    need further assistance, you would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.

    You would need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program (they are separate from Xbox Rewards). You can find their contact on their redemption page.

    You will get an email with redemption codes if it is a digital reward. If it is a physical reward the email will have a link to fill out your shipping information.

    maybe the email with the code is stuck in the spam folder of your email provider or email program.

    If it's not there go to the Rewards site -> redemption -> order history. From there you can send the code again.

    I used my redeem points to purchase Xbox live and it never applied it so I bought it with my card can I get my redeem points back I wasted 22k

    Before you contact Rewards support, check your email for a code. If you did not teceive the code, check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site and it should either list the code there or give the option to resend it.
