    Rewards question


    I have had my monthly gold membership for years, and was under the impression that we earned monthly credits, but my account has not updated since the program change in 2014. Would you please let me know if we still earn monthly with a subscription, and
    how to get my account fixed if so?

    I keep trying to find a way to fix this, get discouraged and quit. Any help is appreciated.

    The Xbox Rewards program is not run by Microsoft. Rewards support is only available in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.
