Rewards Programme has failed me

Apparently I've earned 17,650 lifetime rewards credits but I don't think I've ever had any money put into my account for them? I remember joining the programme way back and being disappointed at how hard it was to get anything out of. All these years later
I literally haven't got a single thing even though I have made a considerable amount of points over the years.

Cant use xbox live rewards programme. Wont recognise my gamerscore and wont give me any xbox live points

Hi All,

Hopefully someone here can assist, I signed up for the MS rewards programme a few months back, I have entered into a couple of the sweepstakes to win an Xbox One, however there has been no Winner since March (Ireland Site). Has MS discontinued the sweepstakes
programme?

Support will double check, but lifetime credits is the total amount of credits you've earned since joining the program. That includes all credits that have already been deposited as well as any that are still pending. Your statement on the MyRewards section
of the site will list how many have been pending/deposited. If it shows you've had any deposited, your statement will also show when the deposits took place and you can verify deposits by checking your refunds at Sign in to your Microsoft account

There have been multiple Credit and Deposit events on your account, with recent Credit event for the past few months, and a deposit back in December, which you spent as partial payment on Rainbow Six Siege in February. You can see a record of all Credit
and Deposit events from the MyStatement section of your MyRewards page, as well as a record of deposits as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account). They will be listed as a refund
with a negative amount.
