Rewards program not working correctly

I hope I'm in the right place but my rewards program profile has not been working properly for quite some time now if I could get some help that would be awesome. It has not been adding up my points or VIP status I same with the achievement's.

Microsoft Commerce Email?

My Xbox rewards is saying that the personal email associated with my Microsoft Commerce account isn't correct but it is? I'm just trying to make sure my Xbox rewards program is working Correctly. My Gamertag is "" if that helps anything

Bing Rewards not working correctly

You would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is separate from them.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Since payback is no longer based off achievements, they do not award Credits. However, from time to time there will be offers on the MyMissions page that award for those.

You can get free points through a rewards program such as Bing. If you buy a valid points card, it should work on your console or xbox.com if it was activated and entered correctly.

The PC may be picking up that you're in a different region. Since UAE is not supported by the rewards program, if you were to have any funds deposited into your Xbox account, they may not be deposited correctly and other gift cards may not work correctly if they are region locked. They can also issue a ban from the program if they suspect you are bypassing region restrictions.

It has been doing this to me since June 2nd. I have posted several messages and received no replies or help. I had one game work correctly today, but the second froze when colleting rewards. I am very frustrated and considering deleting the program.
