Discus and support Rewards/prizes in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I got rewards/prizes from Xbox gold quests and Xbox games pass. Both are for GTA V DLC. I don't have GTA V.     I got rewards/prizes from Xbox gold quests and Xbox games pass. Both are for GTA V DLC. I don't have GTA V. So I can not use the redeemable codes given by Xbox.

    Who do you contact if you entered a Live Rewards contest/sweepstakes, you win a prize, but then never receive that prize?

    This what chat support told me

    For this matter, the prizes are fixed and I wish there are other options to choose a different prize. What I can recommend as a course of action is to contact our Rewards Support Team if they can do anything about the prize you have received.

    Then Rewards Support team sent me here

    ANY HELP?????

    Hey there,

    We are unable replace a prize with another over the forums I'm afraid. Prize selections for this promotion is randomly selected per individual and cannot be swapped for another.
