Rewards posting still not working

Hi team, so wanted to check the status of my rewards, new year is upon us and I'd like to use some of my 1000's of rewards points on some of theses sales. I missed the black Friday one. I'm almost rank 3, but hadn't gotten a deposit since early 2015.

Any update when you'll deposit these? My accounts updated.

No problem! We are currently monitoring user response to the new forum setup. Sorry about the confusion. Again, we apologize for not being able to provide an immediate fix for this problem. As it is a database issue, our support tools are not suited for
that task, which is why this issue has been escalated to another team. In the meanwhile, you may receive additional deposit messages, as we will continue to attempt a deposit into your account. Some users have been known to get a deposit in this manner.

While we have heard promising news from the team working on this issue, we have not yet received confirmation of their expected resolution date. Again, we apologize for the delay that this resolution is taking. In the meanwhile we are researching alternative
methods we can use, but a permanent resolution for this issue will have to come from that team.

Hello AaaaaaandImDone,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
for the inconvenience.

affecting a subset of our users. At this moment in time, we have not received an update on when to expect a resolution from our other team.

That is the only way to contactMicrosoft Rewards support so you would need to continue to try working with them. Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist since that is not one of their offers..
