rewards posted on 11/4/16 didn't get deposited on the 15th? What gives?

I waited and waited for my rewards to be deposited but for some reason the day they should have been has come and gone. I gave it a few days and still nothing. I would like the deposit asap, I have some things I've got my eye on!

Correct account, says points deposited, but they aren't in my microsoft awards balance

My xbox rewards statement says 8,800 credits were deposited on 11/9/16. However, my Microsoft rewards balance does not show this. My current Microsoft rewards balance is just over 21k, all of which can be accounted for through the Microsoft rewards program
offers. Nothing was deposited from xbox rewards.

Xbox live credits not depositing

I've had Xbox reward credits pending since 11/11/16 and they haven't been deposited on the 15th, which from my understandings is a deposit date. Also the early deposit option isn't there either.

There was no deposit scheduled for the 15th, the first deposit took place on the 10th. Since your credits were pending after the 1st, they would have been scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month. The last deposit takes place tomorrow so you should
have them by the end of the day tomorrow.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

oh ok, the FAQs are a bit confusing then. They were deposited yesterday at some time actually. Not sure if they were because of this post or not, but thank you whomever did that!

I can confirm that the deposit has completed. As Smwutches says, deposits only occur on specific deposit dates, which usually occur around the middle and end of the month.
