    Live Rewards. Worst customer service and it was first time calling for help

    HEY peeps,

    Can anyone help me with a xbox live rewards error because i talked to four customer service people for xbox and one of them was even a supervisor which doesnt mean much now days. I didnt get any help but go back online. I called a real person for a reason
    so jist to get no answers or help and told to go back online ia really irritating since i jave spent thousands of dollars with this company and i love the consoles but that is a really bad business decision to not have cuatomer aupport for a so called huge
    part of thier business. Anyways i keep trying to register for the free play game marathon and their site keeps giving me an error and says try again later. Im pretty sure all my famer pojnts and acheivements have not been registered either. Does anyone have
    same issue?

    Score Streaks

    I keep one low points score streak reward, one mid-points score streak reward, and one high points score streak reward at all times, even though I routinely switch them up. The care package is one of my favorite lower points rewards, because sometimes you'll luck up and get a high points reward from it.

    To answer your question, rewards are converted into currency once you receive the minimum automatic deposit amount (in USA that is 5,000). Those points are deposited into your linked microsoft account (associated with your gamertag) and when you make a purchase
    on xbox.com or on your xbox one you will have the option of using your rewards or other payment option (credit card, paypal).

    You can't those are over 10 years old and no longer manufactured therefore cannot be ordered

    And you are way past warranty at this pojnt like over 5 years

    You will have to find a used store with one or simply upgrade to an one s or higher as they only use ac cords

    Amazon does carry them but at this point you might as well buy a new one s for the cost even a used one if you can find one s would be more worth it

    The controllers are better with Bluetooth and replaceable parts

    I thought it was the other way around that xbox rewards was turning into Microsoft rewards.

    Na, what we using here are called "Live" rewards, the other one is called Xbox rewards/Microsoft rewards(what we bout to switch to).
    Actually this is the Xbox Live Rewards program. What it is being switched to is Microsoft Rewards. There is no Live Rewards.

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.
