Rewards points suddenely stopped being added

Hello,

this is the first time I have actually really looked in on this part of the Xbox Live gold membership bonuses. Looking at my rewards history, I was getting points up until 10/06/14 , when they just stopped. I have since then gotten an xbox one, and spent
a decent sum in the Xbox store on either games, addons or Shark cards in GTA V. No more points for gold renewals or purchases etc added since then except this

Reward points have stopped

Hi

Has something gone wrong somewhere? I've been a reward user since 2012 and my rewards stopped being added in 2014. In 2014 I had to cancel my xbox live subscription for a year or so. I'm back on Xbox live gold yearly sub and my rewards have stopped being
added.

I know you get them for specific things each month and I've been doing them but the points have not been added since 2014

Is there a reset button anywhere?

I've stopped receiving reward points

Hi

Has something gone wrong somewhere? I've been a reward user since 2012 and my rewards stopped being added in 2014. In 2014 I had to cancel my Xbox live subscription for a year or so. I'm back on Xbox live gold yearly sub and my rewards have stopped being
added.

I know you get them for specific things each month and I've been doing them, but the points have not been added since 2014

Is there a reset button anywhere? I still receive a monthly statement to tell me how many reward points I have received this month, however it's always zero

Support will check your account, by in order to receive credits for purchases, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold

In-game consumables (shark cards) are not eligible for credits unless there is a specific offer for them.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
get payback Credits on your purchases. Since you completed the VIP Boost offer, you should expect to start receiving payback for your MyVIP eligible purchases. Keep in mind that payback is awarded as a monthly whole midway through the following month. You
can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

I am using a wondows 8 laptop as a source of internet by bridging my ethernet and wifi connection and my ethernet cable is plugged into my laptop and xbox. I have no router being used, and i used to use it but ut stopped working. Then all of a sudden it
started working but now it has stopped working again. Plus I have been taking the monthly surveys and i have 140 ms points that i've earned but they are still pending and havent been added to my account. I got 40 thru the rewards program with the quick surveys
and 100 thru my first xbox live gold membership purchase.
