Rewards points showing deposited on 1-11-17 but do not show them on account

I purchased one of the controllers through the design studio and received the 15,000 points. There were 3000 pending points already on the account when the 15,000 was put in the pending status. On 1/11/2017 it shows that the 18,000 points were deposited
but do not see anywhere that they were actually deposited.

Please help.

didnt get my points

Hello i just randomly checked my outlook email which i use for my xbox live account. and i found an email from 11/10/17 telling me that i earned 4488 rewrd credits last month and deposited 7854. but when i login to my rewards it doesnt show any points on
the meter. but if i keep scrolling i see my points there. so, is this a mistake? could you kindly check this for me and send me the rewards.

My reward points is missing

I only got 7.45 rewarded to me from you guys on 1/11/17 and you guys posted 15000 reward on my account on the 4th of JANUARY which brought it up to 15250 I should've gotten my 15.25 rewarded to me on 1/15/17 which I haven't and you guys said I was supposed
to be rewarded 23000 rewards points but if you add 7.45 plus 15.25 you get 22.70 not 23

http://commerce.microsoft.com You'll want to change it so that it shows you your returns.

I can confirm Smwutches' response. Our deposits are listed as refunds with negative amounts, since we are adding money to your account and not taking funds away.

Your account points, are they Xbox Rewards credits (rewards.xbox.com), or are the Microsoft Rewards (formerly called Bing Rewards) points?

For Xbox Rewards credits have you requested a deposit already on rewards.xbox.com? Keep in mind deposits are done by the 15th and 30th of the month. If you requested a deposit, did it give you a specific date?

If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.

The credits should show as pending in your rewards account. If you redeemed them before April 1, they should be deposited into your account for use on April 12.
