    Hello FrostySpike,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    We have been accurately tracking your purchases, but since they have neither completed an offer, and you have no MyVIP rank, you have not received any Credits. Furthermore, many of your purchases have been in-game consumables, which are not eligible for
    MyVIP. We see that we have been successfully sending emails to the current billable account email you have on file on your Microsoft Account, which may be different than the email address you are expecting, if you have only changed contact emails.

    I have been a member of xbox live rewards since the 10th of may 2014 and I stopped receiving e-mails from the rewards program since march 2016 and I have not received any points for the money I have spent on games over the past 2 years on xbox. I spoke to
    xbox support and they said that I need to update my billing information which I have done and he told me to post here and said that I should be given the points that I didn't get over the past two years.

    We see that you are still currently in the registration period for your account. You can confirm this yourself by viewing your MyDashboard at (Xbox Live Rewards), where it currently
    says you are still in the two day registration period. Also, you join by date on the MyRewards page is still "???" indicating you are not yet a member. We'll check back in a few days to check your account details and perform a transfer if everything looks
    okay.

    Microsoft Rewards on Xbox, UK support unable/unwilling to reply?

    Hello,

    I see you're having an issue with Microsoft Rewards, Is this occuring on console? If so, please submit the bug through report a problem so there is a record on Xbox's end on the issue just in case it is something going in terms of signals to Microsoft Rewards. As I understand it, Xbox doesn't own how the points work as seen here: Earn points with Microsoft Rewards | Xbox Support under Get Help. It does look like you've submitted the ticket so I will not tell you to do that. If you want to be reimbursed for points or other things liek that, only the Rewards Support can help you with that.

    From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
