Rewards Points Promo

I Spent the 60 dollars for "For Honor" and i didnt receive my 6000 rewards points thats all im asking a fix for

Summer acrade question

When do we gwt the reward points for summer acrade puchase we made. Since day before the promo enede i bought dust, deadlight, wreker games i know i get the rewards points for buying these three. So far not showing pending for the reward points for the
promo of 400 mp. So i asking when do we get them and when does this promo shows as pending thanks

Were these purchased points, or points from a promo or the rewards program?

 

If you purchased the $59.99 version of For Honor then that does not satisfy the "Simply Rewarding" 6,000 promo. The promotion explicitly says "before tax" and the staff has confirmed on numerous occasions that is the case. However, if you make another small
purchase that will put you over the $60 and award the points.

The staff will review and let you know if there is anything different going on. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

Your For Honor purchase was in February (on the 16th). The Simply Rewarding offer is only for purchases made after opting in to the offer. Since the offer started on the first of March, your February purchase would not have been eligible.
