Rewards points not updating

I have a string of items that I purchased but havnt being credited to my account, dating back to over 3 weeks ago.

How can I get this rectified?

They normally show after a few days and is like to request a withdrawl for as much of them as possible before it gets switched to a lesser value reward scheme

Microsoft rewards not updating points

Usually when i buy games the points go automatically go to my account, but yesterday i got nothing. Wondering what happened?

From the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Since you seem to be unfamiliar with how the program works, keep in mind that pre-orders and game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, and do not award payback.

The rewards points all have a delay, try checking on the Xbox live rewards website to see if it's updated on there

Reward points expire?! That's news to me; I don't recall reading that when signing up for the XBL rewards program, but I did just read the updated ToU this morning that allows MS points to expire. Lame...

you would need to post on the rewards forums but do note that the rewards system is changing

anyone with pending points are having them issue to the gamertag as the points will be phrased out when the new dashboard update gets released.

Hi Gabriel,

I’d suggest checking again later to see if your microsoft rewards points have been added to your account, as it might just take a few hours to update.

Also try updating the Microsoft rewards app on your console and then a power cycle.
