Rewards Points not showing

It is showing I have not earned 1 point for purchases over at least the last 6 months and I have spent hundreds. Spoke to both Xbox Live support and Microsoft support to no avail.

Help, please!!!!!!!

Reward points not showing

First of all. I'm once again couldn't find the Xbox rewards forum so this seemed the most appropriate. So basically I don't see the pending points for the end of the world offer I spent 4000MSP but see no pending points I decided to wait but it is now
the 7th of January and they are still not showing, also the 200 points for staying gold are pending but I thought that pending points are added on the 6th of the month?

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Hello LANCERDUALLY,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Gamerscore is not used for reward points. Reward points are earned through completing promotions on the reward website. With the exception of survey's, nearly all promotions involve purchasing qualifying games/tv shows/movie shows to earn rewards.

Sometimes it could take a while until they show up correctly. You just could wait one or two days. If there is no progress you should contact the support from the rewards program.

they should be deposited on the 15th of this month

The program will calculate your purchases at the end of the month. So the points will be given in January.
