Rewards Points not showing up after the 15th

Hello

I reached the 5,000 mark on June 5th. I was expecting my deposit on the 15th and it did not happen.

Will they be deposited on the 30th or is there a way to get them now.

The request deposit now button is no longer accessible as I have reached 5,000 RP

Xbox Live Reward Program

That's partially correct, but points are not deposited quarterly.

It takes up to 96 hours for points to show as pending in your Rewards account. Once pending, rewards are deposited around the 15th of the following month after you have earned at least 100 points.

triple play not showing up, had the same problem with the 600 points for renewal of my gold and didnt contact the rewards team about this either but now i getting annoyed, i hope the triple play points are in at least by the 15th so they go on my account

They would be scheduled for the end of the month deposit. Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th.
If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have the credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier
than the scheduled deposit dates.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event that placed you at the 5000 Credit requirement for a automatically scheduled deposit occurred earlier this month, your Credits will be a part of the end of month deposit cycle. Since you have already been scheduled
for a deposit, there is no need to request one manually, so that button has been removed.

When did you activate your Gold membership? It could take up to 48 hours to show up.

Regarding the points, those should show up if you are a rewards member by Feb 15th. Hope that helps!

I'm not sure what you meant by they show up on xbox.com but they aren't on your account...

Do you mean in the points pending on your reward account? Also, please be aware you need to get at least 100 points pending before they are deposited and that it will be the 15th or the 30th after you hit that 100 point mark.
