Rewards points not depositing.

Hello,

I made the Xbox One upgrade offer and received 30,000 points on December 19th. I have a billing account set up and have read the FAQs multiple times but don't know what the issue could be. I assumed the points would be deposited December 30th but now January
4th and still they say they're pending. Would appreciate your assistance on resolving this. Thanks very much,

Hello AWKW4RDxPANDA,

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

So since your credits were pending on the 19th, they would be scheduled for the deposit on the 12th of this month.

Hello jpGSG10,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event happened on the 19th, you will be a part of the mid-month deposit in January, as Smwutches says.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

The points will be added into your account every 15th or 30th of each month when it reach 100 pending point

What points?

If you mean xbox live rewards then you get them on the 15th & 30th of the month.

You need a total of 5000 points for an automatic deposit or at least 1000 points & you can request a deposit in "my rewards" from the rewards site.
